How do favorite job titles help match me with opportunities?
How do I apply for an opportunity, and what do the different statuses mean?
For WBL coordinators, teachers, and admins

The big picture
At a high level, the student and coordinator journeys look like this:
Student: set preferences (favorite job titles + work availability) → browse or get recommended opportunities → express interest → wait for coordinator approval → apply → report the hire outcome.
Coordinator: use Match Candidates (by opportunity or by student) to find and compare good-fit candidates → approve a placement or place & hire directly → confirm the hire and start the WBL Experience.
Most coordinator actions — approving placements, matching, comparing candidates, placing, and hiring — are limited to users in the Work-Based Learning Coordinator group.
