How do I create a CTSO / Club and add members to it?

1. Expand the Users & Groups navigation item

2. Click on CTSOs / Clubs

3. Now that you're in the CTSO / Club module, Click on New

4. Specify a name

5. Provide a description about the CTSO / Club

6. Select any associated schools if applicable

7. Specify any tags you'd like to associate with this CTSO / Club

8. Choose any advisors of the CTSO / Club

These advisors will automatically get security access to view and manage the club. Itโ€™s also important to note that all advisors will be able to see all members of the CTSO/Club even if they donโ€™t have access to view the details of that member. So they will see their name in the member list but wonโ€™t be able to view their profile.

9. Click on Add CTSO / Club

10. Your new CTSO / Club will now be in the list, Our example is SkillsUSA

11. Click on the action button

12. Click on Members

13. You will see a list of all members

14. Click on New

15. Choose the student who is a new member

16. Choose their role in the CTSO / Club

17. Click on Add Member
