Create a Clock In / Out Dashboard or Chart
In some schools, teachers are heavily relying on the student's clock-in and clock-out times for attendance purposes. The current steps for seeing the times are cumbersome for teachers, and running a report is not always the best option for low-tech teachers.
Develop a dashboard view of some sort to quickly show student clock-in and clock-out times broken down by each day. This could even be a chart that is added to the Analytics page if there isn’t a place for it on the WBL page.

Viewing clocked in students
Hi,
During the day I have to do attendance for each student that leaves the building for an internship.
It would be very helpful to be able to sort the students on the WBL dashboard by clocked in, or out.
Another thing that would work is a graph on the analytics page that shows students with current scheduled work vs those that have clocked in for that scheduled time.

Is there any progress on this?

@Cameron Kolick I (and supposedly Jennie and other schools) don’t want to have to run a report. We need a dashboard where teachers can very quickly look and see who is clocked in/out for the purpose of taking daily attendance. Running a report is too cumbersome and time consuming.

Clock-In and Clock-Out Report
Create a report to quickly see that students have clocked in using the mobile app to support tracking daily attendance reporting requirements

Hi Jennie, We already have a report for this. If you go to the Analytics page, click on the reports tab, click on the Careers / WBL tab, you will see a “Work Log (CSV)” report. This will give all of the actual time card information along side the scheduled times. All clocking creates a work log so they will all be present.

Here is an example of what one school provided as feedback.
Here is what the dashboard I created for last year looks like. It doesn't have to look exactly like this, but similar would be great. Since you have the ability to track location - an approximate address would be great too. It doesn't have to be divided into AM/PM since I don't think that information is in your system. Teachers would obviously only need access to their students.

Hi John,
Is there a way I can use this for this year?
