The Site Total Usage Report fails to load and shows the error "Something went wrong on our end. Please try again in a moment." with an empty results table. The failure occurs with Time Period set to Last 30 Days (Sep 26 – Oct 26, 2026) and Include Licenses with No Usage Data set to No, persists across retries, and affects multiple district career navigators, blocking campus-level tracking of student usage.
