🚀 New Features & Enhancements

Work-Based Learning (WBL) & Career Planning

• Streamlined Work Log Approvals: Coordinators can now directly approve or reject work logs, even when a student is required to submit a signature page. This removes a bottleneck and speeds up the approval process.

• Automatic Time Rounding for Work Logs: To simplify payroll and reporting, student clock-in and clock-out times are now automatically rounded to the nearest quarter-hour (e.g., 8:07 AM becomes 8:00 AM, 8:08 AM becomes 8:15 AM).

• WBL Forms on Mobile: Students can now view their completed WBL forms directly from the mobile app, making it easier to track their progress on the go.

• Flexible WBL Section Assignment: When assigning a course section to a WBL experience, you now have two options: 1) Create individual experiences for every student, or 2) Attach the section for reporting purposes without creating individual experiences.

• Improved Career Plan Approval Speed: We've optimized the career plan approval process, resulting in a faster and more responsive experience for coordinators.

• Persistent Eligibility Forms: The "Eligibility" tab and its forms will now remain visible after a student is marked as eligible, ensuring they can still access and complete any remaining documents.

• Searchable Activity Types: The "Activity Type" dropdown list within the career plan is now searchable, making it much faster to find the specific type you need.

• Student Portfolio Quick Link: A convenient "Build Portfolio" link has been added for students to encourage and simplify portfolio creation.

Documents & Reporting

• Enhanced Document Scoping: You can now designate employer documents as either Employer-Wide (accessible to all contacts) or Contact-Specific. WBL statuses have been updated to reflect this new flexibility.

• New Document Status Reports: We've added two new reports to easily track the status of all required and submitted documents for both Employers and Students.

• Work Log Reports with Clock-In/Out Times: All work log reports now include the specific clock-in and clock-out times for each entry, providing more detailed records.

• Expanded Pay Statistics Report: The Pay Statistics report can now be grouped by Career Cluster and Program, offering deeper insights into wage data.

• Date Filtering for Form Responses: You can now filter the Form Response report by a specific date range to easily find the submissions you're looking for.

Scholarships & Financial Planning

• Private, School-Specific Scholarships: You now have the ability to add private scholarships that are only visible and available to students within your school.

• New Scholarship Filters: Students can now filter their scholarship list to quickly see scholarships they have Favorited, Applied to, or been Awarded.

• New Security Roles for Financial Planning: We've introduced new security roles to provide more granular control over who can access and manage financial planning features.

Administration & Setup

• Career Cluster Framework Choice: A new option in the onboarding portal allows schools to choose between the new or legacy career cluster framework based on their needs.

• Reporting: Fixed an issue in the Application Details report where unplaced students were not appearing correctly.

• Reporting: Corrected an issue where WBL hours were not displaying accurately on the student summary page.

• Reporting: Corrected an issue with teacher-level CTSO statistics, which now accurately display data for all accessible students instead of incorrectly filtering by a single course.
