How does a student create an account on Common App?
Student can either initiate the process of creating a Common App account from within Jobready360. Below is a step-by-step tutorial of how to do so.

1. Click on Colleges

2. Click on Common App

3. Click on Connect Now

4. Click on create an account

5. Click on the option that fits you (most likely First Year Student)

6. Type in your email address
Make sure that this matches your email address in Jobready360

7. Confirm your email address

8. Type in your password and confirm it

9. Choose when you plan to start college

10. Type in your first name
This should be your legal name and not a nickname

11. Choose whether to add a nickname or other first name to use

12. Enter your last name

13. Enter your date of birth

14. Enter your phone number
Be sure to enter the country code

15. Click on Add address

16. Type in your address

17. Click on Continue

18. Click on No when asked if you live in the EU

19. Answer the question about receiving communications for Common App

20. Check the box to agree to the terms of use

21. Click on Create account
