Bulk Approve Student Work Logs

I want to be able to approve work logs that a student submits in a bulk fashion, rather than having to approve each student's daily work log individually. This is important because approving daily logs individually is time-consuming.

    Multiple Work log approvals

    Approve multiple work logs with one click/confirmation. It’s tedious to individually approve work logs when you have multiple students.

    Bulk/Mass Approval of Work Logs

    We need a feature where coordinators can approve work logs in bulk. For example, I am loading reported summer hours for opportunites reported on paper. I had to enter and approve 900 hours. Not fun

    It would also be nice as an administrator to give bulk hour credit for opportunities report outside of the app. Something like I could have typed 900 hours between such and such date and the system credited the student for those hours and then allowed me to upload supporting documentation.

      @Charles Isaacs You can already set Starting WBL Hours for students. If you edit the Student record, you’ll see a field to set the value (shown below).

      If you prefer to tie the hours to a specific WBL Type, you can also create a fake pay stub record that has 900 hours with the start and end date. You can upload the supporting documentation as a “pay stub”.

      We can also do custom imports of the data if you want a daily breakdown. If you already entered the daily records, you can approve in bulk by using a Work Log Signature page to approve all in one shot or our team can assist with a bulk approval.

    Option for approving work hours in bulk

    The customer currently has to approve each work-log shift individually and expects to support 70+ students next year. They are requesting an option to approve submitted hours in bulk by week to reduce the time spent processing approvals. A feature request has been submitted for product review; implementation timing is not yet known.
