1. Navigate to the reports page and click the "Forms" tab

2. Click on Form Statuses report

3. Filter down which forms you'd like to be included in the export

4. Finally, click generate

5. When the most recent report in the list reaches 100% (labeled "Form Statuses") click on the action button

6. Click on Download
