How do I add/manage Portfolio references?

1. Click on Careers in the navigation menu.

2. Click on Portfolio in the expanded menu.

3. Click the Recommendations tab.

4. Click New Reference to add a new reference.

5. Type the name of the reference.

6. Type the Company associated with the reference.

7. Type the professional Title of the reference.

8. Type the street address of the company.

9. Type the City of the company address.

10. Type the State of the company address.

11. Type the Zip Code of the company address.

12. Type the Email of the reference.

13. Type the Phone Number of the reference.

14. Click Confirm to save the reference to your portfolio.

15. Click Save on the Recommendation tab to save your updates to the portfolio.

Suppose you were assigned a “Portfolio Reference Count” Career Planning Activity. In that case, Jobready will monitor the number of Portfolio References added and deleted in the portfolio to automatically mark the activity completed once the assigned number has been reached.
