1. Navigate to the Work-Based Learning Module, Click Careers
Eligibility allows you to require students to complete forms in order to be eligible for work-based learning types. Each student must become eligible for each type they are interested in individually. After students complete their forms, the WBL coordinator at the school must approve or reject their eligibility request.

2. Click on Work Based Learning

3. Click on Settings

4. Click on WBL Types

5. Find the Work-Based Learning Type you'd like to enabled eligibility for

6. Click on the action button

7. Click on Edit

8. You must show the type to students in order to enable eligibility

9. Check the "Eligibility Enabled" checkbox

10. Check the "Eligibility Expires" checkbox if you'd like the eligibility status to expire
An example of when you'd want to use this is if your school requires the students to do the eligibility process each school year and you don't want their eligibility status to roll over.

11. If set to expire, set the month and day you'd like it to expire each year
For example, if you want students to do eligibility each school year, you'd probably want to set this to August 1st, so they expire at the end of each school year.

12. Choose any eligibility forms you'd like to require
As you choose form templates from the drop-down, they will be added to the list of templates and you can choose which schools each template should be required at.

13. Click on Save Changes
