What do form signing email notifications look like?
This article describes what employers, parent/guardian contacts, teachers, students, and other users can expect to see when it is their turn to sign a form sent from Jobready360. This article can be shared with those users to hopefully prevent these emails from being ignored or inadvertently marked as SPAM.

Below is an example of what these emails will look like.
Email Subject
Form Name (Student Name) form needs signed by you
The subject of the email will contain the name of the form with the associated student in parentheses, followed by the words, “form needs signed by you”.
Email From Address
School Abbreviation Forms <noreply@please.signmyform.com>
By default, emails sent from the electronic form signing solution, SignMyForm, that is integrated into Jobready360 will originate from this email address. However, schools do have the option of configuring Jobready360 to send email from their school’s email domain (i.e. demoschool.org) so this may not always hold true.
Email Message Body
School Logo
If the school has uploaded their logo (most do), this will be listed in the body of the email to further identify where the email originated.
Blue Header Text: You’re the next singer for…
This section of the email message will identify the name of the form and indicate that you are the next signer for this form.
Content / Instructions
The next section of the email will contain standard instructions on how to complete the form. Schools also have the ability to add additional content to this section of the email.

Click this button to open the form in a new window and fill out any fields that have been assigned to you.

A message will be included to indicate that the message was sent to you from the Sign My Form platform.
Unsubscribe Link
Since you will be required to sign forms sent from this system, you should avoid clicking on the unsubscribe link. This will prevent you from receiving emails like this in the future. If you click this in error though, you can be removed from the unsubscribed list.
