What do I do when guardian contacts do not sync from ClassLink?

Often, ClassLink does not send guardian information during the initial import. To address this issue have your IT department verify that the "Guardian" and "Parent" OneRoster User Roles are selected as shown below.

You may also need to modify the App Permissions for the Jobready360 app. Please ensure the Include User Agents option is selected as shown below.
