Students can be assigned their counselors. These counselors will only see the students assigned to them unless they have the Career Planning Full Access role. Student's are also automatically assigned counselors when a user specifies a graduation pathway for a student.
1. Navigate to the student management view
2. Click on the action button for the student you're assigning a counselor to

3. Click on edit to edit the student's record

4. Select the counselors of the student
The users that show up in the dropdown are only users that are assigned the "Counselor" role
