Can multiple people sign a form simultaneously?

Yes, there is a feature called "Concurrent Signers" that can be enabled on a per-form basis.  However, but there are some intentional caveats.  To comply with e-Signature laws and ensure that the workflow of a form is valid, concurrent signing only works when the only fields left for multiple signers are signatures, initials, or sign dates.  This ensures you don't sign a form before you know what you are signing your name to. 

How do I enable the Concurrent Signers feature?

1. Click on Settings

2. Click on Form Templates

3. Click on ... button

4. Click on Edit

5. Select the Concurrent Signers option

6. Click on Save Changes
