How do I track an On Site Visit?

  1. Enable the Require On-Site Visits setting for the WBL Type using the steps in this link https://help.eduready360.com/en/work-based-learning/how-do-i-enable-on-site-visits

  2. Click on On-Site Visits

  1. Click on New

  1. Select the date of the visit

  1. Select the Employer you visited

  1. Click on highlight

Enter the name of the student(s) that were at the site during your visit

  1. Add any details about your visit here

  1. Add any files related to your visit here

  1. Click on Add

  1. Congratulations! You added your first on site visit!
