The user interface on the Work-Based Learning page recently was updated to make room for more information to be shown. If you hover your mouse cursor over a status icon, the meaning will be displayed. Here are the general meanings of each type of status icon.
Green items are complete or not required
Orange items are waiting on someone else
Blue items will need your attention soon
Red items need your attention now
