How do I manually add a guardian account?

If you have a SIS sync configured, we recommend you let these records be managed by the sync.

1. Click on Users & Groups

2. Click on Guardians

3. Click on New

4. Add the guardian's details

We recommend using the email address for the username and the email fields.

5. Add a temporary password

The password is temporary and the guardian will be prompted to change it if/when they log in.

6. (Optional) Add the guardian's phone number

These can be used for quick reference in Jobready and can be set to prefill on digital forms

7. Send Email With Password to Guardian

Check this box if you'd like the guardian to receive an email with their login details

8. Select the student(s) the guardian is responsible for

9. Click on Add Guardian
