Getting started with reports

How to run and download a report

Reports let you pull information out of Jobready CTE, Jobready CCR or Jobready WBL in bulk, as a file you can open in Excel, Google Sheets or a PDF viewer. Every report runs in the background, so you can keep working while it builds.

Find your reports

  1. Select Analytics in the menu.

  2. Select the Reports tab.

  3. Choose a category along the top, such as Careers / WBL or Student Progress.

Each report in the list shows its name, a short description, and badges for the file type and topic.

If you see the message "You don't have access to any reports," your administrator hasn't given you access to any reports yet. See Who can see which reports.

Run a report

  1. Check your school and class at the top of the page. Most reports only include students in the school and class you have selected. See Why your results depend on your selected school and class.

  2. Click the report you want. Its options open in a panel on the right.

  3. Fill in the filters. Most filters are optional. Leaving a filter blank includes everything. If a required filter is missing, you'll see a message like "Start Date is required."

  4. Click Generate.

The Report Queue opens automatically and shows your report's progress.

Download your report

The Report Queue lists the reports you've run, with the date you ran each one and its status.

  • While a report is building, its status shows a percentage. The queue refreshes on its own.

  • When it reaches 100%, open the actions menu on that row and choose Download.

You can reopen the Report Queue any time with the Queue button on the Reports tab, and download a finished report again without rerunning it.

Tip: The download link opens in a new tab. If nothing happens, check that your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for this site.

Cancel or delete a report

Open the actions menu on the row:

  • Cancel stops a report that is still running.

  • Delete removes a finished report and its file.

Either way, you'll be asked to confirm. Deleted reports can't be recovered, but you can always run the report again.
