1. Click "Settings" in the navigation menu.

2. Click "Global Settings" in the expanded menu.

3. Click the "Portfolio" tab in the Global Settings management window.

4. Select your preferred "Portfolio Public View" option from the dropdown.

This selection determines when the public view is available for ” for student use. You have three options:

Enabled: Students will be able to share their link.

Disabled: The public view will not be available.

Enabled After Graduation: The public view will be available after the student graduates. Jobready will create a To-Do List item when the student is in 12th grade, directing them to set post-graduation login credentials.

5. Select your preferred "Portfolio Demographics" option from the dropdown.

This selection will determine if student demographic information appears on the student portfolio. You have two options:

Never Show: Student demographic information will never appear on the student's portfolio.

Show After Graduation: Student demographic information will show after the student graduates.

6. Customize the "Other Documents" tab of the student portfolio by clicking "New".

Customizing the name of the Other Documents tab is an optional step. This optional feature is useful if there are additional documents that you would like students to upload to their portfolios.

7. Type the name of the category for your other documents.

In this example, we used "Test Documents." You will see that we already have a category, "PA Career Tree," that will be visible to the students in this article. You can have multiple categories, "Enabled" and "Disabled" categories, as needed.

8. Click "Save" to save the category.

When students go to the "Other Documents" tab of the portfolio, they will see the category names you created. Students can upload documents to the relevant categories from this screen.
